 Paul Gellert, President, has been in the real estate industry for four decades and a commercial mortgage broker for more than 20 of those years. He understands the issues that are speicific to hign networth individuals and families when dealing with real esate equity, especially intergenerational or family-busiess related property.
Paul taught real estate investment and finance at NYU's SPCS for more than 10 years, is a licensed real estate broker and is an approved real estate instructor for the New York State Division of Licensing Services..
